Ben Diamond Yahalom, CEO of True Classic
When Ben Diamond Yahalom left Meta in 2022, it wasn’t for another tech role. It was for True Classic, a T-shirt brand scaling without Facebook ads. Two years later, he became CEO.
That kind of sharp, unexpected move stood out—just as Ben did when he first joined us on stage at Beanstalk's precursor, Commerce Summit. His trajectory since then has only sharpened.
Since stepping into the CEO role, True Classic has continued to scale fast: Over $200 million in annual revenue. A lean team of just over 60 full-time employees. Entirely bootstrapped through 2024.
In 2025, the company shifted its funding model. True Classic brought on its first outside investor, 1686 Partners, in a round that valued the business at $850 million. The capital was not a lifeline but a strategic boost.
Under Ben’s leadership, the brand has expanded into physical retail, opening seven stores, with Vegas up next. It’s a smart evolution for a product built around tangible quality.
But the company isn’t just lean and fast. It donates hundreds of thousands of tees to homeless veterans every year. A reminder that scale, when done right, can reflect not just volume but purpose.
We’re proud to have Ben in the Beanstalk network. He’s built something rare: a brand that’s fast, focused, and deeply principled—and he brings that same clarity into every room he walks into.
