Jeff Raider, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Mammoth Brands

Some founders hit one high note. Jeff Raider built two—Warby Parker, then Harry’s—each flipping a legacy category on its head.

And he’s headed to Beanstalk to show what founder-led scale, grounded in purpose, looks like.

Today, Jeff co-leads Mammoth Brands, the next chapter of Harry’s Inc. The company’s no longer a single-brand player. It’s a growing portfolio that includes Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando—each with its own identity, traction, and long-term view.

That mindset—start small, scale with precision—has defined Jeff’s approach from day one. Not long after launching Harry’s, he led the acquisition of a 100-year-old German blade factory. It was a deliberate move to control the supply chain end to end.

For most DTC founders, it would’ve been a detour. For Jeff, it was infrastructure.

It’s the same discipline that shows up in how he leads. He’s spoken often about the value of slowing down, asking “why,” and surrounding yourself with people who challenge you. Strategy isn’t just about speed—it’s about knowing when to hold back.

That clarity extended into culture. At Harry’s, Jeff introduced Golden Time—a protected break in the middle of the workday where employees can pause, reflect, or reset.

It's a perk, yes. But it's also a principle being cascaded, inspired by his mom’s ability to carve out moments of calm while working as a doctor.

It also shaped how Harry’s showed up in the world. From the beginning, the company pledged 1% of sales to men’s mental health programs, helping fund initiatives that have now reached hundreds of thousands of people.

As part of the business model. Not a seasonal campaign.

Even the name Mammoth tells you something. It started as a napkin sketch. Became a company mascot. And now lives on as tattoos for some of the brand’s most loyal fans.

That kind of belief can’t be bought.

It’s what happens when you build deliberately and make every decision mean something. That’s the kind of leadership that belongs at Beanstalk.

That's why Jeff Raider is here.
