About this event.

LINK: The Retail Supply Chain Conference is produced annually by the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and is positioned by the organizer as the only dedicated supply chain event built by and for retailers, grocers, and product manufacturers. The 2026 edition ran February 1-4, 2026 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The conference program is developed by a steering committee of senior supply chain executives from RILA member companies, which gives the agenda a retail-side rather than vendor-side framing.

LINK covers the end-to-end supply chain function — distribution, fulfillment, transportation, logistics, analytics, omnichannel, workforce planning, and trade and customs — across multiple parallel tracks. The format combines general sessions and keynotes with smaller breakout sessions, an expo hall, and a structured lead-generation meeting program connecting retail buyers with vendor partners.
