Terms and Conditions for Hosted Brands

As a Hosted Brand participant (“you”) in Beanstalk 2026 (the “Event”), scheduled to be held September 14–16, 2026 in Brooklyn, you agree to these terms and conditions with Beanstalk Events Inc. (“Beanstalk”). If you are completing a registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the Hosted Brand participant aware of this Agreement and that he or she has accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Free Ticket: Beanstalk will provide qualifying individuals from brands who participate in up to four (4) Hosted Meetings as part of Beanstalk’s Meetings Program with a complimentary Beanstalk ticket.
2. Qualifications: Hosted Brands: To qualify, individuals must (a) be directly employed by retailers and brands (companies that are primarily in the direct-to-consumer business of online or physical retail of consumer goods and services, including traditional retailers, direct-to-consumer brands and online marketplaces), (b) be responsible for buying or evaluating retail or ecommerce technology or other solutions for their organizations, and (c) take up to four (4) 13-minute onsite meetings with participating sponsors (“Hosted Meetings”), which are based on a double opt-in process so that they are useful to everyone.
3. Non-Hosted Meetings: If they choose to, qualifying individuals can also participate in meetings that are not Hosted Meetings (“Non-Hosted Meetings”) with individuals (including those that are not from sponsors) participating in the meetings programs. These non-hosted meetings are also based on a double opt-in process so that they are useful to everyone.
4. Travel Arrangements: You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements to attend Beanstalk.
5. Meetings Program Participation: We will contact you prior to Beanstalk to arrange your Hosted Meetings using our Beanstalk platform. You agree to participate in this process, including (a) completing a short profile with questions about your company and job role, (b) participating in a double opt-in process to select individuals from participating sponsors for potential meetings (and other individuals if you want to request non-hosted meetings), and (c) accepting meetings and adding meetings to your calendar. Following Beanstalk, you agree to provide post-event feedback on the Meetings Program and each Hosted Meeting. You agree to respond to all of our requests within our stated deadlines. Nonresponsiveness to our deadlines and outreach to you may result in you (and potentially your organization) being barred from qualifying as a Hosted Brand for one or more future years.
6. Completing Your Own Hosted Meetings: We do not entertain requests to combine Hosted Meetings with other individuals from your organization that might also be participating in the Meetings Program. If more than one person from your organization is attending Beanstalk as a Hosted Brand, each person must complete their own set of up to four (4) Hosted Meetings. If you are unable to attend your Hosted Meetings for any reason, you will not be eligible to receive a complimentary Beanstalk ticket.
7. Failure to Complete Hosted Meetings: If you pick up your Beanstalk badge onsite or otherwise attend Beanstalk but do not complete your scheduled Hosted Meetings, (a) your credit card may be charged $2,950 for your Beanstalk ticket per the authorization you agree to below, and (b) you (and potentially your organization) may be barred from qualifying for Hosted Brands tickets for one or more future years.
8. Cancellation & Substitutes: If you are approved for a Hosted Brand ticket but become unable to participate even though you are still with your organization, you agree to suggest one or more substitutes from your organization as your replacement. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to our prior approval via email. If you cancel your participation and are not able to provide a substitute approved by us, this may result in you being placed in a penalty box that will prevent you from qualifying for Hosted Brands tickets for one or more future years.
9. Notice of Employment Change: If you (a) are no longer employed by, or (b) become aware prior to Beanstalk that you will no longer be employed at the time of Beanstalk or after Beanstalk by the brand upon which you were approved for your Hosted Brands ticket, you must let us know immediately upon your becoming aware so that we can cancel your participation in Hosted Meetings. In such cases, you will no longer be eligible to participate in Hosted Meetings or to receive a complimentary Beanstalk ticket. Failure to notify us may result in you being placed on a blacklist that will prevent you from qualifying for Hosted Brands tickets for one or more future years. At all times, including following Beanstalk, we reserve the right to only communicate with you at your work email address regardless of any other email address you may have provided or we may have otherwise used.
10. Credit Card Details: You agree to provide your credit card information, and authorize us to process a $1 charge on your credit card as part of your Beanstalk ticket registration. You also authorize us to charge the cost of your ticket at the rate of $2,950 to your credit card if you do not complete your scheduled hosted meetings as described in section (7) above.

12. Qualification at Beanstalk’s discretion: Qualification for Hosted Brands tickets is determined solely by Beanstalk and may be revoked at any time. By completing registration, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
13. Meeting Times: You commit to being available for all 19 Meeting Time Slots during Meeting Times as set forth below until you receive your final schedule immediately prior to the event. Your final set of up to four (4) 12-minute Hosted Meetings may be spread across multiple Meeting Times; they may not be back to back. You will not need to miss any agenda sessions for these meetings.
14. Mutual Match Introductions: As a Hosted Brand Attendee participant, you agree to be introduced by email to up to four (4) participating sponsors who (a) you expressed interest in meeting with, and (b) also expressed interest in meeting with you, and (c) you did not have a Hosted Meeting scheduled with at the Event (“Mutual Match Introductions”). Mutual Match Introductions will be made starting Friday, September 11, 2026 and no later than the following Wednesday.
    1. Although we encourage you to meet with participating sponsors you are introduced to via Mutual Match Introductions (since you both expressed interest in meeting with each other at the Event), you are not required to do so.
