Intellica is a fully managed sales-concierge service for direct-to-consumer brands. US-based human concierges hold real conversations with shoppers at order confirmation, cart abandonment and winback moments, each brand running its own persona and sales strategy. Beyond recovered revenue, the conversations surface funnel friction, reviews and product feedback that brands would not otherwise hear. Intellica integrates through the Shopify API and runs on commission rather than SaaS fees.
